Radioactive Silver Ore

$75.00
Sold Out

This a rare example of radioactive silver ore with some spots of copper staining from the Colorado Plateau. We have a very limited supply of 5 slabs. Each mini slab was cut from a single rock. Each piece is unique, but they average about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. These are mildly radioactive at between 1,000 and 3,000 CPM. The mine these pieces came from is unknow, but likely from the La Sal area of Utah where copper, silver, and uranium were occasionally found together. All pieces are unpolished cut slabs with two flat sides. These pieces tend to be fragile so handle carefully.
